UK DELIVERY
Next Working Day Delivery on all orders as standard*. Free on orders over £70**. Standard delivery is £4.90.
Orders are sent on a next working day service. Most arrive the next working day; however, please allow 2–3 working days.
Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
* Personalised or made-to-order jewellery is excluded from standard delivery timings.

€11.00 (Royal Mail International Parcels). Delivery takes 5–10 working days.

United States of America
$12.00 (Royal Mail International Parcels). Delivery takes 5–10 working days.

$12.00 (Royal Mail International Parcels). Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
We deliver to: Brazil, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand.

FREE UK RETURNS
Unwanted jewellery can be returned free of charge within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to return
1. Create a free returns label via Royal Mail: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/864
2. Complete and enclose the returns form included with your order.
3. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
Freepost returns are sent at the customer’s risk. If you require guaranteed delivery, we recommend using an insured courier service (costs cannot be reimbursed).
If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned before a refund can be processed.
Free returns are available within the UK only. International return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Free Exchanges (UK)
To exchange an item for the same item (for example, if faulty or an incorrect ring size), complete the reverse of the delivery note and return the item. Exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt.
To exchange for a different item, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty Returns After 28 Days
Faulty items returned more than 28 days after dispatch will be assessed by our customer services team. If the fault is deemed genuine, a replacement will be offered subject to availability.
If the item is discontinued, loyalty points may be offered instead.
