From our Togetherness Collection: Two hearts become one in this sterling silver and white topaz Togetherness pendant. The larger heart symoblising a Mother's love and the smaller heart her child. This pendant adorned with a real diamond measures 17mm wide by 13mm high and is presented on a 40-45cm extendable sterling silver chain.
